What types of window and door systems do you offer?
We offer a full range of aluminum thermal-break systems and uPVC systems, including casement, tilt-and-turn, sliding, folding, and outward-opening windows and doors. Each system is available in multiple styles and frame finishes to match your design and performance needs.
How do I start a project with Lunex?
Simply contact us through our website or call our support team. We’ll schedule a free consultation to understand your space, project goals, and preferred style. From there, we provide recommendations, measurements, and a customized estimate.
Can I request custom sizes and colours?
Yes. All of our window and door systems are fully customizable, including frame thickness, size dimensions, opening style, and colour finishes. We tailor each order to fit your architectural layout and visual preferences.
What is your installation process like?
Once your product is ready, our installation team completes the work efficiently and with minimal disruption. Old windows and doors are safely removed, and new units are securely fitted and sealed. We always clean the workspace before leaving.
How long does manufacturing and installation take?
Production times vary based on system type and project size. Most residential orders take 3–6 weeks from final measurement to delivery. Installation is typically completed in 1–3 days, depending on the number of units.
Are your products energy-efficient?
Yes. Our systems are designed with thermal insulation, air-tight sealing, and energy-saving performance in mind. Many of our products meet or exceed ENERGY STAR® efficiency standards, helping improve indoor comfort and reduce heating/cooling costs.
Do you offer warranty and after-service support?
Absolutely. We provide product warranty and workmanship warranty to ensure long-term peace of mind. If you ever need maintenance or adjustments, our after-service team is here to help.
What glass options are available?
We offer double or triple glazing, Low-E coatings, argon gas fill, laminated or tempered safety glass, and UV-control / noise-reducing packages. We’ll recommend the right stack based on climate, orientation, and noise level.
Can you replace windows in lived-in homes without major disruption?
Yes. We do both retrofit installs (keeping existing frames where appropriate) and full-frame replacements for maximum performance. Our crew protects floors/furniture and cleans up daily so you can stay in the home.
Do you help with strata/HOA approvals and permits?
Absolutely. We provide spec sheets, drawings, and product certifications for strata submissions, and we can advise on permit requirements with your municipality when structural or egress changes are involved.
